Show Barns
The 1st show barn includes four 16’ x 16’ indoor foaling / show stalls.  This barn includes air-coolers, a 250 sq ft feed station, 250 sq foot work area, 250 sq ft storage / tack area and will include a 250 sq ft office / lounge / bath.

The 2nd show barn includes 5 indoor / outdoor 12’ x 24’ stalls.  This barn includes a full tack room.

Covered Outdoor Stalls
Three fully covered 16’ x 20’ - 3 walled stalls with 20 foot ceiling and automatic waterers.
Four fully covered 16’ x 16’ mare motels and two 6’ x 6’ tack rooms.
Three fully covered 12’ x 30’ stallion stalls.
All stalls are lit and treated with automatic fly spray spray systems by Mark Kuhlwein Show Horses.
Pine shavings are used in all stalls.

Home Base
The ranch is based in the heart of the Equestrian Corridor in Scottsdale, Arizona, with a second facility in Prescott Valley, Arizona.
