APHA World Show

The Gift of Midas has earned his 1^st APHA Reserve World Champion title in Jr. Hunter Hack at the 2009 World Show. He also earned 4th All Around High Point Open Horse at the 2009 APHA World Show.

The Gift of Midas is a two time World Champion! He earned his first two Champion buckles at the 2009 Pinto World Championship Show in Hunter Hack and Hunter Under Saddle. He also earned four Reserve World Champion Titles, a 3rd place finish in English Trail (yup, there is such a class) and earned Reserve Champion High Point Open Horse for the show .

The Gift of Midas has won Reserve Champion HUS Slots at the 2008 APHA Fall Championship Show and earned $8,000 in the process bringing his APHA Fall Championship Show winnings to over $10,000 .

The Gift of Midas finished 3rd in his 2 year old Hunter Under Saddle class at the 2007 APHA World Show. He returned in 2008 where he was a finalist in Jr HUS and at the Fall Championship Show, he was Reserve Champion in his 3 YO HUS Slot Class .

^NFRWiconi Warrior finished 4th in his 3 year old Hunter Under Saddle (HUS) Challenge. He has since gone into working hunter training with World Champion Suzanne Wittington of Silver Legacy Pleasure Horses. Congratulations to World Champions Suzanne and Chauncey Smith on the purchase of this fine horse! Chauncey earned an APHC Reserve Champion Year End Award in Youth 14-18 HUS in Arizona in 2008.

“Only The Best Will Do”, finished 4th at the 2005 APHA World Show in the 3-Year-Old Hunter Under Saddle (HUS) Challenge. Marty was trained and shown at the World Show by Mark Kuhlwein of Kuhlwein Show Horses. Congratulations to Justine Date and family on the purchase of this fine gelding. He will be shown under the guidance of trainer Kip Larsen in Youth 14-18 All Around.

Copper Country Paint-O-Rama

Copper Country Paint-O-Rama in Tucson, Arizona is the largest regionally sponsored American pPaint horse show in the country running each year from December 28th through January 3rd.

The Gift of Midas earned a unanimous 1st place finish in Jr Trail at the 2008/2009 CC-POR! This win put him within easy reach of his Superior Trail title, which he should earn in 2009 .

The Gift of Midas won both the 2YO and 3YO HUS classes at the 2007/2008 CC-POR.

The Gift of Midas “cleaned up” at the 2006 show earning the Ultimate Yearling Award by winning Champion Lunge Line futurity. Champion Yearling in Hand Trail (unanimous) and Champion Lunge Line class (NSBA/APHA).

“Only The Best Will Do” (Marty) reprised his win at the prestigious 2005 Copper Country Paint-O-Rama and won the 3-Year-Old Futurity and finished 1st overall in the Youth HUS class. Marty won the prior years’ Copper Country Paint-O-Rama 2004 2-Year-Old Hunter Under Saddle (HUS) Futurity and the 2-Year-Old Hunter Under Saddle APHA class at the show, earning his ROM in HUS. Marty was trained and shown by Mark Kuhlwein of Kuhlwein Show Horses .

Arizona Fall Classic Futurity

Norfleets Super Sun (Maverick) won the Arizona Paint Horse Club (APHC) Yearling-In-Hand-Trail Futurity at the 2004 fall show in Prescott, Arizona. He is currently standing at stud at Mountain View Paint Horse Ranch. His first two foals arrived in the spring of 2007.

APHA Paint Vegas

The Gift of Midas, our talented young stallion finished in the Top 10 at the inaugural Paint Vegas. He was the highest ranking stallion in his Lunge Line Slot class and earned $1,500 !
